We deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya, including both major towns and rural areas such as:
Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Nyeri, Kakamega, and more.

⏱️ Delivery Timelines

Order Cut-off Time:
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EAT) are processed and dispatched on the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

💵 Shipping Costs

• Flat rate of KES 300 per order, regardless of location within Kenya.

• No hidden fees — shipping cost is displayed clearly at checkout.

• Free delivery may apply to select bulk or promotional orders.

📦 Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

• You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order ships.

• Tracking details (if available) will be provided upon dispatch.

🚛 Delivery Method

We partner with trusted local couriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and promptly.
All items are packed securely to protect them during transit.

📬 Missed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful, we will contact you to rearrange delivery or coordinate pickup.

⏳ Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines, unforeseen events such as weather disruptions, courier delays, or public holidays may cause slight variations.
We will always notify customers promptly if delays occur.
