At Ink Flow Innovations, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from our website may be returned and refunded.

1. Return Window

We accept returns for all eligible products within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.

Return requests made after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility & Product Condition

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in new condition

• Unused and undamaged

• In its original packaging

• All original accessories, manuals, and components included

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) provided

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to partial refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery:

• Opened toner cartridges

• Opened ink cartridges

• Opened developer units

• Used consumables

• Software and digital products (if applicable)

Consumables must be unopened, sealed, and unused to qualify for return.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives:

• Defective

• Damaged

• Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

In such cases:

• Return shipping costs will be covered by Ink Flow Innovations.

• You may choose a replacement or a full refund.

• A full refund will include the product price and original shipping cost.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number and reason for return

3. Wait for Return Authorization and instructions

4. Ship the item within 7 days after approval

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service, especially for high-value products.

• Ink Flow Innovations is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

7. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.

Refunds include:

• Product purchase price only

• Original shipping cost only if the return is due to our error

Shipping fees are non-refundable for voluntary returns.

8. Exchanges

We replace products only if they are:

• Defective

• Damaged

• Incorrectly supplied

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us immediately.

If the order has already been shipped, it will fall under the standard 14-day return policy.
